College Access

This after-school program provides admissions support to students. Advocates work on all aspects of students' college portfolios. At WHD, our primary focus is transcript analysis: pinpointing gaps in academic resumes, then creating strategic plans of mediation. We complete the package with essay review, application assistance, and career guidance. Ultimately, this process enhances excellence by increasing engagement at school and reducing marginalized and truant students’ offenses.
